For two tenths of a second? Isnt it a tenth of a second for every 100lbs shaved??? Doesn't seem all that worth it to me, unless its going to be strictly a track-only vehicle.

i belive its about 1whp for every 10lbs so 125lbs saved so 12.5whp. thats a whole lot cheaper than say a stage 1 right?

I took my front seat, back seat and spare out at the track one time. It was quick and easy to do (I took them all out in a matter of about 15 minutes). According to posthonda's list thats 111lbs I dropped.

I seems not worth it to take out anything other than the spare tire and jack. I like the fact that you can go to the track with more than yourself in the car and then go race. In my opinion I think gutting a car should be last resource of cutting your time down. Why take away from the nice interior when you can just add more mods. I know it is cheap to do but different strokes for different folk i guess. Later all.

Its like free hp. And if you're just taking things out that you can put back then you're not really sacrificing anything.

Oroch- If I had to guess how much all the stuff weighs I took out I would have said about 150lbs, so 111lbs sounds more accurate and believeable .

Speaker removal! those magnets are pretty hefty. Oh, and lexan windows are about half the weight of regular glass I believe, you can use thinner material though if you want to use it instead of the regular glass thickness, so it kinda varies.
