If you ever race a Slobalt all you need is that stupid *** red ball from the commercial. Throw it at a light and the driver will have no choice but to go chase it.
I mean come ON! these cars cant even catch a frickin red kick ball!
The day I own another GM car I will strap on a helmet and lick the back window of the short-bus where the slow kids wip boogers.

Great visual - Staging at the line...it is a close start with the srt jumping ahead - but wait the cobalt has made a 90 degree turn to go after a red ball that bounced by. hahahahaha
I wonder if it would work on vettes, too?
Funny part about Speed magazine is its much like Primedia is to Super Street, Motor Trend is the higher up of Speed Magazine. But its for the more mature tuner. Not stupid aluminum wings and retarded ricer car part ads on every other page. They do reviews of all the new cars out, and/or coming out, on top of kick *** comparisons, like a Lotus Elise to a Dodge Viper. And a Toyota Pirus to a Porsche 911. And they FIND ways to compare these cars, and the articles are fkn GREAT too.
Though it is created by Motor Trend the background of the people who write for it is vast. A Pro-drifter, former editor of European Car (magazine), people from Cycle World, people from the Import sector of magazines. And these people are no strangers to anything.
I must admit, Ive never been more impressed with a car magazine.
Its just recently available for subscription $11.95 for a year, its Bi-monthly, so thats six issues. Initially it wasnt even bi-monthly, it was quarterly, but they're really pushing to get it out there, and so are the readers. Pick one up at like Barnes & Noble. I got mine at Target, they've got it there too. You'll see why people rave about it.

Im diehard Mopar, but you have to give the Cobalt props. After all NHRA restricted them this year to run smaller turbos than everyone else and the Ecotech is still the only on into the 7s in the HotRod class. Not even Darell *** and the 1+million Mopar gives him is even close, not to mention his crap is broken every other week.
As far as on the street, the SRT4 hands down is a quicker and faster car, period. Who knows in a year or two it may be the Toyota Cobalt......
