Regarding a BOV
the easiest and cheapest is the mopar blue plate conversion. but personally i think it's a waste of time. the forge bov mounts in the stock location and is closer to a real bov. any of the aftermarket ones are going to cost you a bit. figure $180-200 for the bov and anywhere from $120-200 for pipes, plus the $10 for a bop.
The Mopar BOV is by far the cheapest and easiest and sounds great. I have had mine almost as long as I've had my SRT-4, it was the first thing I did to it and I've loved it ever since.
I am looking into the Super SQV, I have had the Mopar BOV for about a year now, I am just getting bored with the sound. I am going for the Super SQV b/c if you get bored with the sound you can buy different inserts for it to change the sound. I am going to go with the ATP pressure pipe, the ATP pressure pipe includes the BOV plate of your choice. The Pressure Pipe is $150 and the Super SQV is about $175 New on ebay, and the different sound inserts cost $20.
The setup I just told you about is very interchangable. I would just buy a pipe and an aftermarket valve instead of buy the Mopar, just spend the money. The Mopar BOV is **** to cause a leak, so if you get the mopar keep an eye on your boost.

I have the mopar blue plate. It has been on for 14000 miles or so. I have never had a leak or problem with it and if you end up going with a stage kit (1,2,or 3) it sounds real forceful and mean. Kind of like a big rig letting off the airbrakes. I am stage 2 spiking to 18 or 19 and falling to 16-17 psi, so if it was prone to leaking I would expect it to have by now. I used no permatex hylomar, or gasket dressing, just the gasket that came with it and the proper amount of torque on the bolts.
Now, in the near future, when I order stage 3, of course, this will no longer be an option for me, and I will probably switch to the greddy rs.

The only ones that have boost leaks with the Mopar BOV are the ones that did it wrong from what I've seen. If your worried about it you can use Permatex Hylomar gasket dressing and flange sealant to eliminate the chance for boost leaks. The Mopar BOV is made to handle Stage 3 so it's a well made piece.
why does everyone insist that just because mopar recommends the blue plate that it's good enough and a well built piece? have you noticed the number of people that get it and then later remove it? that's not an accident. the blue plate leaks, plain and simple. even when using rtv it leaks. do a leak test on a car with a real bov and then one with the blue plate and see which one holds boost. oh yea, already done that!
we did a leak test on my car (i had the type s at the time). i didn't have any leaks, boost went up to 20psi and held, took about 5 mintues for the boost to get out of the system. did the leak test on a car with the blue plate. boost went up to about 18psi, and all you heard was air rushing out of the plate. plus after pressurizing the system, it took all of a mintue or so for the air to be released. the same car with the blue plate...before installation he would run consistant 13.2-13.3's. after installation he couldn't run better than a 13.5 (multiple trips to the track confirmed this). removed the blue plate, and right back to 13.2-13.3's all day again.
moral of the story, the blue plate leaks, even if you don't want to believe that it does.
