the replacement definitely is an atrocity, and you should go back to the guy at the dealer and tell him you want to pre-order the 2005 SRT-4 right now, for cash and keep saying like I was sure it wasn't going to be produced in '06 but if you can get me the '06 you're the man...and make him feel like an absolute moron

 

Yeah; a lot of those guys don't know what they are talking about. One salesman told me the SXT had 230 hp (the SRT-4 engine). This was before the SRT-4 came out and he was saying that was it. I knew he was full of sh** and didn't know what he was talking about.

 

ITs just too bad they couldnt keep the srt-4 going 1 or 2 more years so my buddy whoosh could get a brand new one.

ATROCITY!!!! I second that!! From what I am told, the caliber is a Mitsu, built by Hyundai in Korea. AAGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! It's going to be like a DSM product.

 

That World Engine for the Caliber is rumored to be a hot setup... I forget the numbers, but we've been aiding in some of the testing on it... impressive power from the little guy...
