I called the local dodge dealership and asked about the srt-4 and the guy over there said that there was going to be a 2006 srt-4. Is this true . I thought it was going to be discontinued. Has anyone heard of the 2006 srt-4 if so what's different from those and the 05 's

there is not going to be a neon srt-4, but i have no clue about the replacement srt-4

 

Who knows if the dealer knows....I run into a LOT of salespeople that don't know their *** from a hole in the ground. A lot of the salespeople from the dealer I use to work for didn't know anything about a lot of stuff unless I informed them...and I was the detail guy!

 

the neon is gone for 2006, replaced by that atrocity called the caliber. the srt version of it should be availble in 2007.

 

i dont like the caliber, i saw a sedan of it on here, that was the only one that is t completely garbage....this sucks

 

No one liked the Sundance/Shadow's when they replaced the Horizon/Omni's... I couldn't stand the Neon's when they replaced my '90 Shadow. Guess what - my wife's '05 SRT-4 is a lot hotter/better/finer stock than my hopped-up '90 Shadow ever was! Progress... the new ones will 'grow' on you... it may take some time, the '05 SRT-4 is a great little rocket. If it holds up as well as my old Shadow, I'll be elated. Grab an '05, if you can find one!

I take it that you haven't seen the new POS and it's crap "world engine" then. It's more an ugly turd like the Element or Aztec or Echo, it's hideous and if they make an SRT-4 version it will tank. Progress is one thing, but what Dumler is doing is far from it, it's more of a craptastrophy. Dumler is really screwing things up big time.[:@][:'(][:@][:'(][:@][:'(]
