Default HIDS, Stage 1 Brake Kit, Stage 1...and more

When all things break...UPGRADE!!! And thats just what I did.

Thinking my rotors were warped I went ahead and bought the Mopar Stage 1 brake kit for the front. I had to get black cadium with the CF pads but I would have much rathered getting the gold since my cars black. Oh well, can't win em all. Then come to find out my right rear rotor is out of spec (since the caliper came loose and messed around with it), so the Stage 1 Rear brakes are on their way.

My shifter's always been kinda sticky in third.....so I ordered the Mopar STS Question: do the booger bushing really make that big of a difference? I.e. should I order them or no?

Onward. Silverstars are nice...but they just didn't cut it. So I ordered some 8000K VHO HIDS with 55watt bulbs (pictures to follow). Compared to silverstars (the picture of my light output in the parking lot), they are INCREDIBLE. However, not a Bi-xenon kit so I lost my high-beams, yet still incredible light for 450 bucks shipped here to RI.

I have a portable DVD player, but wanted to try and mount it somewhere, I soon found out that that would be too difficult, so I got myself an in-dash DVD/CD/MP3/AM/FM Reciever with 7" screen. Nope, not touch screen, I like my remote and my eyes on the road. And no, you can't watch it unless the ebrake is up.

Since that lit up blue I decided it would be time to order the Blue LED dash lights. Kick *** Pix of that too.

And just tonight I got my AVS Downdraft and Stage 1 PCM. I put the stage 1 in, and WOW what a difference. I haven't gotten on it yet, but you can still feel it in the pedal just taking off. I scuffed down the AVS and hopefully itll be going on the car within the next couple of weeks.

BTW, the steering wheel shake was gone, but the wheels themselves still shook. Come to find out my hub is 18 thousandths bent, and 25 thousandths bent with the rim on (it expands with the rotor and even more so with the rim). New Bearing, left front hub, and four new spark plug wires coming in courtesy of Paul Bailey Dodge.

Just thought Id share a few of my new toys with you guys. Heres a few pix. Ill take some of the brakes and DVD player tomorrow

And a few more:

Oh I have my orange turn signals back in now, the whites were way too hard to see at night. The orange looks 150% better also. More pix of that tomorrow

hte stage ? badge can be found on srtforums.com, two of the members there make badges. the blue led kit can be found at autoluminations.com, there is a srt-4 specific package that you can order through them with the option of either just the dash and boost gauge or you can get the HVAC as well.

looks good, i'm just wondering when you're gonna get some performance mods on that beast!
