Ok, I'm 16 and I've only had my SRT-4 for less than a month so I'm allowed to ask stupid questions like this:

What is the difference between the different turbo upgrade kits, for example, the different "Stage" turbo kits (stage 1, 2, 3 by mopar) and like the T3/T4 kits? I'm guessing its just the different company's names for a larger turbo with extras, but not sure. Would like advice and knowledge on the turbo kits, like which one is a good upgrade, im lookin to get it up to ~350 or so hp when im done with it.

Any feedback appreciated.

Sorry, after reading my post i realized how confusing it was. I didnt mean what's the difference between the different stages of the mopar ones, i meant whats the diff between like s3 and a T3/T4 turbo upgrade.
They are both just a bigger, more powerful turbine with upgrades right? If not, what is the difference.

Theres also AGP, ATP (50 and 60 trims), turbonetics, and a few more also. Theres ALOT out there when it comes to turbos.

my advice to you would be to read up on things first and learn before you upgrade anything really and being that your so young with a fast *** car.......read up and learn before you upgrade....trust me you dont want something you wont be able to handle...and one more thing you only had for less than a month right......read up and learn.....

well yeah, im lucky that my parents loaned me the $ but i'll be paying it off for a while....plus i got a really good deal.
And from the numbers (hp/torque increase), it seems like the Garrett T3/T4 upgrade kit is a better deal than the Stage 2 with toys by mopar. Theyre the same price, but according to AGPturbo.com, it will make better power. Am i right?

 

Remember that stage kits are more of plug and play upgrade and the garret t3/t4 isnt. Your going to need more than that.

 

So you mean that im gonna need supporting mods even with the $1650 T3/T4 kit? Is the T3/T4 comparable to the stage 3 kit, as far as the turbo only not the mods? One more question, how do you like your Stage 2?
