Anyone having stg2 idle problems??
Off the topic: i narrowed my boost leak to two things: One, with the help of PSI, Gump and others, the Mopar Bov got to go. So, i ordered a new one. Second: the Stage 2 Wastgate maybe inop. I had it flushed to preload to 4mm and the results are fairly the same.
Now before i hear did i 'check my lines
', i spent all of yesterday afternoon, about 2 hrs, tightening and zip-tie'n everything.
IM getting a little aggrevated with only pushing 11 psi max[:@][:@]. So hopefully the new BOV does the trick. if not, the wastegate is next...
Just wanted to share my fustration.... Its part of my anger management....

I know some people poo-poo the Mopar BOV, but if installed righrt it works great.
Since it was 95 degrees out, yesterday my boost was way up. I ran it hard for a while, and I was spiking close to 20 and holding around 17-18 to redline very consistently. The BOV is definitely not leaking, or this would not be possible.
I used no permatex hylomar or any gasket prep at all, just the paper gasket and the proper torque (by feel). I don't understand why so many have issues with it. Especially the folks that I know have at least as much ability as I (probably much more, since most of my knowledge is intuitive and I am not a mechanic by profession).
Roach, it sounds like a bad wga to me.

ORIGINAL: Boosted
Well I well just have to get used to it I guess. What am I going to have to upgrade when I go from stg2 to stg3?

Normal for Stage 2. Mine was that way for over 14K. Stage 3 for some reason clears it right up

Fuel Pump assembly (not bad, it comes as "All Up round", just unscrew the tank lid, disconnect, put new one in, connect)
PCM, of course
Fuel rail
I had the Forge BOV on mine, took it off while testing to ensure it had nothing to do with my TPS issue, put the stocker back on. I've kept it that way, the Forge got old. Not to mention the diaphram was showing signs of heat degradation.
ive seen so many boost leaks with the mopar bov when they didnt seal it and id eather give them my sealant or do it for them... sorry ochi to tired to do it again. and it solves the problem... i had my mopar on for almost a year before i put the type rs on and i never had problems.
Im leaning towards the bad wategate. I tightend the Mopar BOV but, i didnt removed it to apply some ATV (didnt want to deal with that inboard bolt[:@]). Once i get by new BOV then off course is a process of illimination
