Alright guys, I have $150 extra to spend for my car, I already have a CAI and OCC, and am looking to up my performance... Any suggestions as to what I should get? I am looking at the STS, is there anything else that would be a better upgrade for $150?

STS with bushings is a nice addition.... I highly recommend it... heck... it was the first "mod" i did to my car... it was even the first (and only) "mod" done to my daily driven Civic... short-throws for all!!! ha-ha...

side note... get the Booger bushings too

 

Well personally I like the blow off sound so I would get a BOV (my favorite is the GReddy type RS, which you can get on ebay.com for about 150) but if you're thinkin more performance stuff then unfortunately 150 wont get you much...

 

Save a little longer and get Borla Exhaust

To me if you have a cai, bov's arent worth it to me But it might be cause the sound from that alone is enough for me. I would say either sts, save for exhaust or agp wastegate.

 

basically I am looking to boost my cars performance, and enojoy driving it even more than I already enjoy driving it!

So does the exhaust make it faster more than the shorter shifts???

If I am going to save my money up to $300 to get the exhaust, could I not get more parts to boost the power as opposed to the exhaust???

You gain a little bit i dont know if youll be able to notice it but its a good mod for that price range

Sorry, I couldn't help myself. I am just bitter because all of the mods I want are in the thousands, now.[:'(] If you are looking for significant power gains, save up. I am 5500$ in and I haven't cracked the surface of what I want to do.

Stage 1 is a good start if that is as far as you want to go with the ecu, it's only a few hundred dollars. You will feel more of a difference with that than anything else I can think of. The Borla exhaust will compliment it well, so either way you go, your next purchase should be the other.

 

Ok, so if I get the exhaust its like $335... Wouldnt Lorenzno's TB a better power booster for the money?? Or should I do that after the exhaust?? I think it is like $350, right??
