I ordered my stage 2 today from Mopar Super Center[sm=icon_rock.gif]. Back ordrered 4-6 weeks [&o]. Oh well. I can't wait untill it comes.

 

did you go for the Toys option? you mind me asking, what'd you drop on price?

 

$841 without toys. There are not very many places to buy 100 oct around me. It was not worth the extra money for me. If there was a gas station local, I would of gone with toys. The kicker is that I sold my stage 1 and I don't have a cat, so I have to drive aroun with the engine light on for a while.

Just a thought - have you noticed all the buzz about octane boosters and s2? No 7.00 a gallon race fuel needed. Think about re-considering on the toys if you can. After driving s2 with and without using HOM, it makes a HUGE difference. The car wakes up like you wouldn't believe with a little octane booster and HOM on. The DAB is also real nice when you want a little better mileage, or don't feel like thinking about driving in the rain and spinning tires everywhere.

I am sure you will be happy with s2 w/o, but I would venture to guess that you would be even happier with the toys. See if you can find someone with toys near you so you can drive it in and out of HOM and judge for yourself.

 

If I were to get the toys, I would have to wait a little longer (it is an extra $500), and since I just shipped my stage 1 out I don't want to wait. I can't believe how quiet my car is now with the stage 0 pcm in.

 

I hear ya, mang. I can't even get used to s2 w/o HOM. I can't imagine going back to s0.

But do think about it - A month more waiting could make you very happy.

Also - Check with a couple dealers and see if anyone has a s2 kit sitting around. I got my s2w/toys shipped from a dealer who ordered it and had the customer bail I had it 3 days from the day I paid for it. Then it was a simple VIN re-flash at my dealer (took a couple minutes)and I had s2 ready to install in a total of 5 days. If you want I could call him and see if he could locate another. (with or without toys)
