Car & Driver tested the emissions at the Superfour Challenge and with our modified Stage 3 we passed. This was only a tail pipe test at steady state.

the majority of states do not use just the sniffer tests anymore, and instead use the obd tests. some states like **** cali will use both. toys ecu's do not pass obd inspection.

Your correct on that, Chrysler put in a code because they were sold as not emissions legal.

Some say the dealer can erase the code, but I personally haven't tried it.

I'm not really happy with them either. I took the Car & Driver Challenege car over to have a new key made.

The mechanic took it for a test drive. FOR A f@#%ING KEY!!!! When it came back, the dial was nolonger on zero, but was on 3. I tore into the service manager.

Well wasn't the service managers fault, but he said he would have a talk with the mechanic. It was over, but this is not the first time I have had with one of their dealerships.
