Default Full boost studder?????Please Help

I have a 05 srt-4 with 3400 miles on it now. When I first started to take it to full throttle the boost gauge will go up above 15 psi and then most of the time settle there until close to redline. At full boost the car seemed to studder or something like that it wouldnt slow down or anything just didnt feel smooth. The other day I put on a K&N typhoon intake. Its set up as short ram right now didnt have enough light to finish the cold air extension on. Now the studder is amplified. The only other mods are mopar blow off valve conversion kit and 20$ occ. Just wanted to know what to look for or if its normal or not. Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Anything other than stock for wires. MSD 8.5mm. Steer clear of Crane Firewires though, and the Screamin Demon coilpack...they're bad news.

Plugs...NGK Iridiums all the way.

Well, if I may interject my opinion here, I think you should replace your spark plugs and wires.
