<FONT face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" color=red size=3> I said i would never own a 4 banger no matter how many winey horses they make! Well kiss my a&&. Fell for a turbo 4. Going to pick it up next week. Hope all the hype is right on. Its an '04 solar yellow(even if they dont show the color for this year) and it had limited slip transaxle so guess its an '04 already ordered the bov and stage 1 kit and probaly more when i get it,,,,,,,,,,</FONT>
At least you know what to spend your money on though, the RIGHT brand the first time!!

Like i have said i have owned quite a lot of chryslers, dodges, plynouths and even a desoto over the years. My dad who has raced all his life took me to every event, so its in my blood and we own our own private shop "Toy Land". Amanda will post some pics of the hemi, but its still dealer stock only thing ive done to date is tint the front windows. Unless im missed informed about the 04 srt-4 the stage one kit boosts it to 240hp versus the 230hp factory rating. If this is wrong let me know im not affraid to show my ignorance about 4 cycliners im completly new to them as far as hop ups go im a 8 kind of guy. It will be street for a while but im looking to getting into circle track the texas moto speedway at dallas offers serval clubs and they run a 4 cylinder class im eyeing but im new to this to, most/all of my race experience is 1/4 mileat a time i know how to get them to go stright real fast but its the turns that always gets me...</FONT>

Well some changes on my buying a srt-4, First came to find out that with a dealer trade or deal its no 100% commitment. The yellow srt i wanted was at another dearler ship the plan was they were going to trade three 04 ram 3500 cummins loaded to this guy for the yellow srt well the owners son wanted it at the last minute...well you get the picture. Then he didn't after driving it 2,300 miles! Well i said sure if we can do it but 5 grand off its used now. No luck there. They got a silver one from some where which i test drove. First one to drive, not much off the line but around 6 thru 7 pounds of boost it takes off and will smoke em in first gear got it up to 120(in 4th gear!)and back to 65(one thing about texas state troopers you can see those black and whites a mile away!)One thing i didnt like were the viper seats but they were better than the low back regular neon seats and the way my left knee banged the steering wheel everytime i let out on the clutch. I'm 6foot2 and i adjusted the wheel and seat all over the inside of the car with no effect. But non the less this car has some great potential in the hop up world as we got back a red srt with sunroof was being unloaded from the truck..well i took that one!</P>

Maryland. Usually theres nice sport cars here but i still havent seen one
