all cai's have the mounts for the solinoid pack.

i have the jmb 3", and i'm pretty happy with it. it's completly customizable, which i liked, although it's a little more than some of the others on the market.

stay away from the iceman, but other than that you really can't go wrong with any of the ones out there.

no, they've never been one of the best ones out there. there was a lot of hype over them before they came out because iceman has had good results in the past, but they dropped the ball when it came to the srt-4 (both the tb and the cai).

their cai has major fitment issues, and quite often it's found to be rubbing against the break booster line and eventually wears a hole in it. that's really fun losing your breaks on the highway at 90mph. the best part is that the way the cai is designed, you have no idea that it's rubbing a hole because you can't see behind it. it's got such a tight fit that it's crammed in there.

I would, and did, go with the K & N Typhoon CAI and I love it. It looks great, sounds great, fits perfect and makes a great difference all around.

The Iceman CAI's were great on the first gen DOHC Neons and got their reputation from it as well as others. Everyone was eagerly anticipating the release of their CAI for the SRT-4, boasting how they're plastic and far straighter than the other CAI's for the SRT-4. Now that they've been out for a while they've been nothing but problems.

The MSD coil has the exact same output as the stock coil, but the MSD Super Conductor plug wires are a must, they are far better than stock and aftermarket plug wires and they make a noticeable difference.
