Nice runs. Hitting 13's stock is a great feeling... and the tires help, but not that much, at least not at the strip. I managed to cut 2.0 60' on the stock tires ('03 Pilot Sports) which netted me some low 13.8's and a 13.7. One of the local SRT-4 ACR owners managed a 1.9 60' on the stock ACR tires, which are the same size as yours (IIRC). So there is definitely more potential in your car.

 

Oh yeah as little as I actually drive the car and only having gone to the strip twice, I have no doubt I could whittle it down a little further. However, 13's is really all I cared to see before doing engine mods. Our track is only open the next three weekends till end of season and I really don't plan on going again and by the time I do next summer, I may very well not be stage zero anymore anyway. :-D
