Seriously, I've heard that at Cecil you don't need a helmet until you're in the 12s, and you need a cage to run 11s.
I'm betting that those rules are dictated by their insurance company -- either that or they don't have one!

im sure if people sign waivers that is insurance enough for em.....
But accidental death from drag racing is a bad thing that could be easily prevented w/ a helmet wether you do 50 in a 1/4 or 12s in a 1/4....
