I don't know if I agree with that comment about
"Also, American cars will grow in value after a while, rice wagons begin losing value immediatly and never regain any value"
depends on what you mean as rice wagons... but... at least around here, which is the artic north - all these "imports" hold there value pretty well... not to contradict you, but they seem to cost more than the "American" cars...
(I am not saying it is right, or that I like it... it just happens to be the case here... and you are right, no one really talks much about 78 Hondas...

I said $400, I should have said...
Mopar SRT-4
Stage 1 Upgrade Kit
Now Available for 2004!
$324.99
That is from modern performance. If the SRT will nearly beat an evo now, or if an evo will nearly beat an SRT (depending on the driver), spend $324 and the evo is long gone. Spend $1400 for stage 2 and the viper better look out or the SRT will come on around it too... Have you ever seen a stock ricer challenge a Viper? How about a ricer with $1400 worth of mods only?

The American car gain in value if they are old enough, they drop in value like a rock after they're sold new. The imports retain value well after being sold new, but when they get old they aren't worth $.02.
