Default Removal of the spoiler

Hey I was thinking of pulling off my spoiler, I saw Andy had it done. Andy how did you do it and is there any holes that need to be smoothed over afterwords, or did you take it to a shop.

Theres four nuts under the trunk to undo... Then you lift it off, it's stuck on there pretty good and you have to pull up pretty hard to get it off. You're left with four holes, and possibly some paint damage around the holes. I bought painted spoiler plugs from Nightshade on SRTforums... They should be here any time now. You could also make your own, or have a body shop fix them.

Hey, Andy!

What's the deal on your DP downpipe? Have you done any G-tech numbers with it yet? Are you pleased?

I installed it saturday evening, then it was crazy windy sun and mon so I couldn't get videos. I think I'm about to do a vid in a few minutes when my bro gets off work, might even be light out for a change. I'll have more details in a full post later if I get the video done. I didn't want to do a post untill I had atleast one vid to go with it. I also have some advice about it specifically for you after reading your post on exhaust.

You could also buy Magnum door clips, the little plastic rivet type guys. They work also. AND they're alot cheaper.

I got my spoiler plugs today... And they're red lol... I'm waiting for a reply back from Nightshades, but I think I might just get a refund and make my own.

Red huh? Those wont be too useful....I've heard they're pretty good at getting back to people, but thats kind of an extreme mix up in colors....i could see white and silver...but red? o.O

Hmm... spoiler plugs... as far as making them how would a n00b do that and perhaps afterwords how does one get rid of the possible paint damage, what would be a good way to match paint? Yay windows at 5% tint haha! Up next... I have no idea... thinking a K&N Typhoon. Thoughts on that?

They come in black, grey, and off white/ivory. If you need part numbers, let me know.
