I think he's talking about the Apex dyno from Canada. There are also some from Colorado like that. The Canadian one the guy had the spring mod on, but insisted it added no power. There were questions about the correction factor used in the CO ones. All of these are on 04s. I'm digging them up, but SRTfroums is being a b**ch right now, victim of it's own success

Here's a neons.org thread that mentions the one Toronto shop I mentioned.
I'll post up some info on the CO thing later. 03's average dyno = 215-220whp 04s average dyno = 2225-230whp
If you stick with those numbers, you are fine. There are bunches of dynos to support them.

YES thats what i ment ,260-280 at the flywheel, but its also been dynoed at 245 hp at the wheel
