Just kidding about the too many questions. Can't happen as I am the king of questions.

the only way to get the redline higher than 6500 is to use a full stand alone. the aem ems is due to be released soon, and i believe that the dtech has been adapted on a few cars, but that's about it. a full stand alone is pretty pricey (1k+) and should only be used by someone that really knows what they are doing. it's very easy to screw them up. until base maps are availible i would stay clear of them......unless of course you know a tech from aem or something!

1.) How much power can stock buttom end (pistons and rods) hold on big turbo and properly tuned.
450whp. Any more than that and it will eventually fail. I ran about 2 dozen passes down the 1/4 at about 485whp and eventually shattered the #1 piston. When we pulled the engine apart, every rod was bent and 2 of the 3 remaining pistons had broken ring lands.

2.) What stage computer is recommended for big turbo and high horsepower?
Stage 1 seems to work well. Some people have had issues w/ the S2 computer and big turbo applications.

3.) What do you guys think of this rebuild kit? http://www.modernperformance.com/dcx..._rebuild.shtml
That rebuild kit is fine. Probably will support well over 650whp.

4.) How much HP can Eagle Rods Hold (well tuned)
I haven't heard of anyone pushing them to their limits, but I would imagine somewhere in the neighborhood of 700whp or so.

If you're planning on running 600+ whp, then I would suggest getting the DCR crankshaft and crank-straps.
