Saving plug wires
I already have about 1/5 of the catch can full after only about 80 miles or so.
Here's a question- does the oil in your cans have a greenish tint, almost like it has coolant in it? Anytime I see oil that color I immediately think "blown head gasket", and that makes me EXTREMELY nervous. Anyone know?

The MSD wires are light years better than the stock wires, the MSD only have 40-50 ohms per foot of resistance where the stock wires are around 3,000 ohms resistence on the #1 and #4 wires and 2,300 on #2 and #3. The MSD coil is a stock replacement, same output as the stock coil, but with better windings inside for longer life.[sm=smiley2.gif]
That's a good questions barney. I haven't actually pulled mine yet but it's probably a good idea to inspect the oil when I empty it. I don't have an ounce of mechanical troubleshooting experience so I am not really sure. I do know that if you do inspect your vehicle regularly you can detect trends as time goes by. I am an electrician and when we run generators we have log books with information inputed every hour to make sure that the performance is well kept. The purpose of having the log is for maintenance purposes and to detect any trends that may occur. Hope this info helps.

...just don't do like a guy on the other forum did and pour the oil from the catch can back into the engine....[:'(]
