I've heard that SOME dealers might warranty it, but if I were you, I would make sure that I would talk to my dealer and get it in writing.

what's a warranty?????

seriously though...stage 1 isn't usually going to give you an issue. stage 2 is debatable. some dealerships don't mind, others will say no way. you'll be hard pressed to find a dealership that's going to honor warranty work with stage 3.

and btw - it doesn't matter WHO installs the parts, so don't go paying a ton of money for dodge to do it. the dealership has no control over warranty work, that's the district manager's job, and they could care less if the dealership installed it or not. don't let them rip you off.....

Check the top section about Mopar Performance parts and your warranty, it will answer all your questions.

i actually don't think that posts answers anything about warranties...all it says is talk to your dealer and let them decide what you can or can't do to your car to keep your warranty intact. if you care that much about your warranty you shouldn't be modding the car...it's that simple. you can't expect to throw a wga and mbc in there, run 19psi, blow your piston rings and expect dodge to fix it under warranty. that's how we got into this problem with warranties in the first place.........

you gotta pay to play

It also helps if your brother In-Law is the head tech at your local Dodge dealer.

stage one will probably not effect your warrenty coverage .but the stg 1 parts will not be covered .as there is no warrenties implied on performance parts as noted in performance catalog .if you have your dealer install these parts the only warrenty you will get is if the tech who installed the parts was incompetent and the parts fell off . your better off installing the parts yourself .you'll save money and there will be no red flags poping up when bring in your vehicle for a warrenty concern .you just may get an as***le telling you its all the cause of the performance part you had them install.

It doesn't say that at all. Its about MOPAR parts and your warranty on your car. People seem to think mopar parts entitle you to keep your warranty and thats not always the case.

No ones talking about other WGAs and MBCs and FMICs and all the other stuff, this is about MOPAR parts.

And apparently they do care about their warranty if they asked the question in the first place.

Almost all dealers warranty cars with Stage 1 and 2 on them, but a few are weary with Stage 3.
