SRT-4 for Sale :(

that's legal here for them to do. technically (at least here) they can follow you for a mile and then they're supposed to either leave you alone or pull you over, but who's going to tell them any different? i've had cops follow me for 5 miles or more and never do anything, they just stay behind me. it happens.
every state has a point system for licences, however how points are accumulated and such varies. plead not guilty, go to court, get it reduced. take defensive driving and get 4 points off your licence. i lived in colorado and got my first licence there, got a ticket and was able to plead it down just like i can here. it's not that hard. if it makes you feel better hire a traffic lawyer and they can do it for you. that seems to work better for some people, however i've never had to do that and i've always gotten tickets reduced in court.
good luck with it...

when your driving you gotta think like a cop what would be a good speed trap dont be first in line of group that is speeding trail back a good 1/4 mile you be suprised how long you can maintain high speed if you anticipate where a cop would be. for your case you made a critical error always and i mean always keep track in your mirror of whats behind you its saved me from a few tickets. yes fight that sucker in court that is bs.did you ask to see the gun?
does colorado have the option for a no points ticket with a double fine? can't remember if they do.
all states will take your licence if you have too many points, tickets, whatever. how many points do you have at this point? ny doesn't suspend your licence until 9 points i think, and then revokes it at 12. even so, you can get a restricted licence so you can drive to work/school/dr's appointments/other inportant things, you just can't drive for fun. maybe co has something similar?

A buddy has a service with attorneys on retainer for 15/month covering anything traffic related w/excepion of drug/alchol charges. He found it on the net and used it several times w/varied success....just a thought. i can get the site if anyones interested.
yeah, well being just "a baby" this would be the 6th ticket in the last 3 years. Colorado doesn't have the option of no points double fine, which is ridiculous. I am gonna fight it.
I got most of my tickets within the first year and a half of driving.
1st - 4 points
2nd - 2 points
3rd - 3 points
4th - 4 points
5th - 2 points
this is numero sixo - which is a 4 pointer, probably dropped down to a 2.
and yes, those are all after they were reduced.
Damn lead foot

Here in Texas, if you get 6 points in three years. you have to pay a $100 "surcharge" every year for three years....it's $25 more for each additional point. If you don't pay they pull your license....

well the other option is getting a license out of state my brother had his license taken away due to , to many points so he went down to our aunt's house in florida and got a license there and he just uses that now and whenever he gets a ticket in maryland all he has to do is pay the fine and no points
you have 15 points on your licence and you still have it? co is pretty lienent! in ny you would have lost it for a few weeks after your third ticket and it would have been completly revoked after the 4th. ny also has the fine thing....just went into effect in november. glad i have a reletively clean licence......
