24 SPIKE!!!!
I actually have the autometer 30 psi boost guage, that's why I'm flipping out. With the stock boost guage I would have had no idea, but spiking that high is very concerning for me. I think I'm gonna adjust it as far as possible in the opposite direction and go from there. I'd much rather spike 12 and hold 9 than spike 25 and hold 17 like I did last night. I do think I'm on the right track though, I've got 1st boosting about 12-13, second with no spike at all, just like holding 15, 3rd spiking 19, holding about 17, fourth is still flying up around 22, then falling to like 17-18, don't know about fifth. Also, should my turbo sound like an F-16 powering up for takeoff at only like 2000 RPM's with hardly any throttle at all?
On My set up (stg1, Mopar exhaust, AEM CAI, Stg 2 WGA) what don't I need to boost past? 17? 18? I'm for safety over insane boost. Also, just got back from another adjustment run and still spiking about 20, holding 16-18, except in fourth, where it's more like 21-22, holding bout 18-19. Do you think I should leave this and drive it for a while to let the computer learn, or readjust first? Thanks for all the help!
