Don't forget to pull your e-brake up all the way
Mine's already in primer and everything waiting for slightly warmer weather so I can finish up with the flexible putty, DP the entire bumper, and re-spray it. I'll probably re-spray my trunk too since thats pretty scratched up. I mean **** I may as well I have to re-do my quarter panel.
From the looks of yours Amanda most of it should come right out. A little compound and polish never hurt anyone.

Any one with more than a one coat "Cheap" paint job that is.
Sorry to interject LSP, but I've seen my share of shody paint work. Just a caution. (touch it with a buffer and.. " is that primer I see?"

Touch it with a buffer at a very low speed with a very fine (not coarse) pad (3M black waffle), and very fine compound, and you'll be all set. Finish it up with Finesse-IT, glaze it with No.5 you're good to go!!! Gotta do sheet the right way!
Moparman, the reason mine is so bad is because the salt on my car scratched through the paint into the bumper, had I cleaned it after it had snowed, the damage may not have been so bad. Like I said its in primer now, that was the day after it had happened (in the picture). Its already all fixed it just needs to be painted.

Dang!, you are (as usual) right on the money. I should have known better. :-(
But I still stand behind some of my input;
If you have a knowledgable (OK, too many consanants) person on either the painting or buffing end of things (OMG, the jokes just keep gnawing at me), then all can be made right.
But you have to admit, if you have at a buffing job (god help me, the jokes again) expecting some meat to work with (I'm not going there again), and it's a one coat wonder job, even an experienced bodyman (like me?..... sorry, the sarcasm got the better of me) has to be careful (or very, very sorry).

The fix is ..... start do'in some curls or something!!!
You just have to give it a good yank for it to work. (OK all you perverts [like me] hold the jokes)
But seriously, (and no offense intended, just joking around), I always put on the E-brake, and leave the car in either 1st or reverse. Reason being that a low gear has no leverage over the engine.
BTW SRTbabe: I thought you were in the "family way"?
From the reflection in the car (picture) you still look pretty hot!! (actually, I'm one of those who thinks that that is sexy too). I have a couple of gazillion "all I can hope for is to be rear ended" jokes just dying to come out, but I will try to refrain.... out of family respect.
O.K........ time for me to go!!
