Default Turbo Timer

i got a GReddy Full Auto Turbo Timer and i installed it with instructions i got from some post on this site. i was wondering if anyone here has the GReddy turbo timer and if there is some trick to getting it to work. i have never had a turbo car and i am not sure how the turbo timer works. i also bought a manual boost controller off of Ebay and i have no idea at all on how to install it. i have recieved different drawn diagrams and instructions for other cars, but i would really like it if some one had like and actual picture of the MBC installed. if anyone can give me any help on either install it would be greatly appreciated.

You can download the TT manual here.

As for the MBC, if you're stock you want to cut the vacuum line to the WGA, reconnect it using a tee fitting, and connect the vacuum line from the MBC to the third barb on the tee.

Hope this helps.

Ok, first off, use the HOW-TO section on SRTforums.com. Has tons of, well, How-tos that you can use to install basically anything in your car.

Second, inorder for your TT to work right when you go to turn your car off it has to be on. I am sure most have multiple settings like Off, High Time, Low Time, voltage, boost, temp, etc... Just make sure it isn't in the off position. When you go to turn your car off make sure the car is in neutral. otherwise you will stall out. Just leave your E-brake on.

Know that your stock alarm system will not work with this setup. You can lock your car door but the alarm will not engage. when the car turns off then you can click the button on the key fob and it will engage.

Really, you only need it if you run the car hard. I use it in the morning to warm the engine up so I don't have to leave my key in the car. Or when I drive the car hard when coming home on the highway, I might let it sit for like 2 mins. Also, when I go out to street tune the car since it is running hard when you are testing it I will use it since the Turbo is getting really hot during those times.

Oh, just incase you try this, SRTforums.com is currently down, something with the server but when it comes back up there is a TT wiring How to on there. Also, if you go to cardomain.com, there is a wiring how to on my page. Just go to rides, and search for my name scottw03. I think it is the 3rd page is the HOW TO. it is for the Blitz FATT DC TT but it uses all the same wires from the car.

Good luck

can anyone help with my MBC installation problem?

What does "and connect the vacuum line from the MBC to the third barb on the tee." mean?

where does the vacuum line come from?
