i am not sure but i think i read somewhere that the 05 srt-4 come with the stage 1 injectors. is this correct? does that mean it has the stage 1 ecu too? just asking.

No. The 04 & 05 came with the bigger injectors but still need the ecu for Stage 1.

^^ Yep, comes with stage 1 injectors, but NOT the ECU.

ECU is about 300 bucks and its good for about 10hp/10 ft torque.

Some other little goodies too, read the sticky at the top about the STAGES

i just installed mine.took me less than a hour.i have the stock intake.....started right up.....im to tired to test drive it ...did it right after work.....plus im on empty.so i cant wait to feel the difference in the morning

I've seen dyno charts that show a 10 hp gain w/Stage 1 when used in conjunction with a Mopar/Borla exhaust and a CAI or high flow air filter, but never by itself. My experience has been that the boost comes on faster, the throttle response is better, so the car DOES goes faster than stock, but it's more of a "tuning" thing than a pure HP/Torque gain.....

kinda off subject...but speaking of the borla exhaust......i installed it before geting stage one...and i noticed more low end power right off the bat....and better gas milage

ever since installing stage 1.my car has a horrible miss are loopy idle.....just now comming to a fairly hard stop..my car dropped down to sounding like it was going to stall.but recovered quickly.........im using ngk 4306 gapped .50 any suggestions??

the gap seams a little big you may wanna try using a smaller gap with your plugs.
