actually Dusty... the mustang lives down state from me (the pic is at his house too)... he was a college roommate who happened to buy his cool car in 2001 (hence it's a 2001 Cobra)... it also helped his father works for Ford, so discount city... I wish he was my neighbor though... we would terrorize all we went cruising the day of that picture on Woodward Ave. (I assume you "old enough" to know Woodward when it was actual cool to cruise it - Detroit baby!)... either way, myself (srt-4), him (Cobra), and another mustang (GT) buddy of ours went to town on Woodward... best day of my life and I still lost to his Cobra... but the GT... well... hahaha...

sadly Dusty... my neighbor has an older cavalier and a few years old caddy... no thrill seeking there...

 

I hear ya....my condo complex is nothing but SUV's, Caddy's and a few Acura's....no "friends" here....[:'(]

I almost went for the Flame Red... but I am glad everyday that I didn't... see, my last car was of the "purple" family... I am slightly color blind so the shade of the car looked like a grayish-graphite to me... what did I know... it was more of a purple... needless to say I was the butt of many jokes for a few years...

now everyone loves the color of my car hehe... jokes on them... it looks sharp and is fast... what more can you want? except maybe a blonde or two in the extra seats hehehe... but that's another topic...

as for the Cobra... he's looking into getting gears for it... *gulp*... I may have to rethink my strategy on "beating him"... haha... I just keep telling myself - he spent more for his car and has had 3 years to put parts on it... I am working on month number 2

 

Yeah, no need to rush. Let the car get broken in good and put what you want on it after finding out what "works" and what "doesn't work".....[&:]
