Default PSSSSHHHHHH!!!!

The freakin' BOV is soooooo cool!!! (And no, mopartodd I didn't sit in the parking lot and gun the engine to hear the noise, I waited till I saw a cop at a car wash and pulled in next to him and let loose with it. He WAS impressed![sm=smiley36.gif])

The mechanic who put it in had put in three others, so he was pretty quick. He also liked the fact I had some of the Permatex sealer for him to use.

I took the long way home from the dealer and even when I got home, I turned around and went back out in the neighborhood to just "cruise"....man, that thing is a real attention getter!!! Don't get one if you want to maintain a "low profile"!!!!

You were right, RR....I love it! Makes a great fun car even more fun!!!!![sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley36.gif][sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley36.gif]

Dusty,

since I've put mine on, I have had more "older" people like my car (remember, I am only 23, so anyone over 30 is considered old [sm=lol.gif])... weird... I thought most "old" people hated cars that made noise... but everyone I know loves that PSSSSHHHH sound... hahaha...

now if I can convince some hot little cheerleader to like the PSSSSHHH and the driver of the car... hahaha...

Hmmmm, there's GOTTA be a way to work that "PSSSSHHHHH" sound into a clever, sexy, and witty pick-up line. Let me think on it awhile......anybody else, feel free to chime in....[sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley36.gif]

Woops, mopartodd, I "accused" you by mistake. My bad. megaman is the one who bet I'd be in the parking lot winding out the motor to listen to the BOV!!!! [sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley36.gif][sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley36.gif]

Cool. I was tripping out when I put mine on. My wife didn't like it at first but after a few blasts she was crazy about it. She likes to drive it just because of that. Congrats.

I knew you would love it, everyone loves it..............except the guy in the other lane.[sm=smiley36.gif][sm=smiley36.gif] Glad to hear to got it on and love it.[sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley20.gif] Well, I guess all thats left for you is to get the Stage 1 on and then get the CAI and you'll be about set.[sm=smiley20.gif] Then you'll have to look into getting strut tower braces and motor mount inserts, if you want to do more to it.[sm=smiley2.gif]

Ok, ok, ok!! Now im leaning more into getting a BOV. The only reason in delaying it. is because i here the same "pshh" sound in my CAI when i shift. yes the excess air goes back in, but should i just get one for G.P.
And Dust... Congrats, Bro on ya BOV!! Must be a headbanger[sm=smiley15.gif]

Got the front STB from Modern Performance ($39) awhile back, but wanted to wait to put it on after the BOV was installed (for easier access). I should be putting it on this weekend. After that (when I get back from Montana) is the Stage 1 which should be here in a few weeks and CAI....After that...who knows!?!?!?[sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley4.gif][sm=smiley5.gif]
