I haven't heard or seen a thing...I was at the dealer today looking thru their inventory, no mention of anything like it anywhere. They did have a half dozen SRT-4's in stock (a record) all with the sunroof and the kicker stereo....$22,485 plus TTL (no dealing).[&:]
The spring mod seems to only work for a short period of time, because the PCM will eventually correct itself, thus nulifying your mod.
I haven't heard of the T fitting mod, but if it's what I think it might be then it is very bad advice. You can get alot more boost by fooling the PCM into not seeing how much boost it is actually putting out. One way of doing this is by putting a bleeder or small orifice (small tube or fitting) into the wastegate vacuum line, so that the PCM doesn't "see" as much boost as the turbo is actually putting out. Or something to this effect.

the spring mod is the wga spring adjustment.
welfare exhaust is the removal of the spaghetti section of the exhaust, however some people remove everything from the dp back.
welfare cai is a hole cut in the bottom of the stock air box.
hood mod is removing the plastic piece in the hood to allow for more air flow.
i would seriously not suggest a bleeder valve. there is no way to control boost levels with this mod, and i've already seen one kid blow his #4 cylinder because of this. don't be bootleg, get a mbc. they're like $20 on ebay....

Yep, that's why I said it's very bad advice. Doing this will lead to over boosting without the needed added fuel causing a lean condition and the engine will go BOOM!!!!
