Thinking about an SRT-4 but......
I just got off Mopar again and it seems that everything on their site isnt legal for use on pollution controlled vehicles which means it prolly wont pass smog in California, but i know i have seen plenty posts of people in Cali that are modded. Can someone tell me what to do or where i can go to find carb exempt or approved parts because im leaning towards the srt but i want to know how far i can take this car.
Thanks, bro.

Plenty of people in Cali have modded SRTs, Im not from there but theres a bunch on here that can give you a hint.
I know the Mopar Intake is carb exempt.

Well, it's really not different than any other car, most non basic things aren't carb legal... It really depends on where you live in CA and where/when/how you drive also. Obviouslly any non legal part you put on will have to be put back to stock before smog check.

depends on who you take it to. As long as you have CARB stickers, no one can say anything, but occasionally the **** smogster will fail you for non carb exempt products. If you're talking about the stage kits, the smog guys won't be able to tell...
Donuts and a few dollars in the box can work wonders........
