The '03's are running 13.7-13.9 and the ones with stage 1 upgrades are running 13.0-13.2.

Hey little late but thought I'd chime in. First thing you will want to do is ditch the stock coil and wires. they suck. period. Screamin' demon coil and Crane Firewires are an excellent combination. The stock wires don't hold up to the heat generated by the turbo, and you will soon see your #4 wire start to turn white, or worse, melt. If anyones having rough idle/misfire problems, this is why. also, drop your plug gaps to .040-.045. the .050 from the factory is to high, and you will get spark blowout at high boost. Stay away fom things like the AEM short ram, you will only lose performance as it is sucking hot air from the engine bay, NOT cold air from the outside. there are alot of parts coming out for these cars, from piggyback computers, to full exhaust systems. biggest bang-for-your-buck mod is the AGP waste gate actuator. check out Howell automotive, they got all kinds of goodies. I can list more resources if needed-Wayne

You will make power from the AEM. I know a few people with it and it deffinately made a difference. I would get:

AEM intake, ATP pressure pipe w/ BOV, BDJ 3" dump exhaust with no cat, MPx underdrive pulley, MSD wires, Screamon Deamon coil pack, Eibach prokit springs, cam gears(and dial the cams in), Mopar stage 1(or Stage 2 due out very soon), Crane cams, turbo timer, &boost controller.

That should be enough to satisfy your powerneeds, if not there is always nitrous.
