Dammit man, I joined the crash crowd yesterday. I was on Pico and LaBrea *for those that live in Los Angeles* some stupid guy infront of me named Juaquin or Pancho or some ****, decides to back up in a freakin 1st gen cr-v or rav-4 or whatever the **** it was, well he backs up cus he was about to miss his right turn, it was a red light, he had some space to back up so he does, but this ****er backed up like some 18 wheel or something and rams my front end popping my hood up. First of all, I am a very mellow guy until you mess with one of 3 things, My family, My girl, and MY EFFIN RIDE! So he backs up into me, hears my **** creak then takes off, I am like wtf, this **** aint leavin yet, so I bolt on after him, I hit about 85 in a 35 zone and I speed up to the *******, cut him off and force him to pull over, he pulls over and to my ****ty luck, he doesn't have insurance, doesn't have a license and his car isn't registered, aint that about a bitch, he looked like one of the ******** that was at the immigrant marches on the First of May. I was pissed, he has his family in the car and his eyes get all watery and ****, keep in mind I am latino/hispanic whatever you want to call it so I start talking to the guy in spanish. I look at my front end, make sure my bumper is ok, my headlights are fine, little scratch on my bumper, no biggy, but my effin hood is messed up, it was nicely bent up, I put some force on it and make it come down and it does, looks about normal on my top right side of the hood, but the right side of the scoop is scratched and dented, well to make a long story longer, I ask the guy for his info, and he starts stuttering, gets nervous, some cops roll bye and I am pretty sure if I would have told them they would have deported this guy, I felt compassion * I HAVE NO MOTHA EFFIN IDEA WHY, BUT I DID * so I did the unthinkable, I let the **** go. He had his wife and daughter in the car, so I just told him, get the hell out of here, sell the car, and start riding the bus. A really cool guy in a evo rolls buy, stops, we chat for about an hour or so, he has a shop and is getting me a carbon fiber hood for $100 installation and pins included. So I am not as pissed as I was when the ****er hit me, but for the mean time I have a nice little dent and scratch on my hood... Just wanted to share my trials and tribulations with my SRT-4 family, now LSP can I cry on your shoulder? LOL.

Damn...what a moron! I don't feel compassion for idiots at all. Deported or not, if thats the case then PEACE OUT! You mess with my car....its all over.

 

Ditto, I feel no pain or sympathy for illegals. Personally, if it was legal, I'd go setup shop on a fence along the border and start sniping fools....and no...I really dont care about women/children as being different. In war, there are no innocents....

Izzy man, sorry to hear about your car. I about lose it everytime my car even so much as gets a scratch or a ding. I know what you are feeling right now. At least it worked out for you in the long run tho....you got a sweet CF hood for getting ya car dinged up....but its still the principle of it...

I know bro, once again sorry to hear that. One thing I did realize, is how un crash safe these rides are, no wonder they get all mangled up in crashes, these cars weren't made with crasing in mind, cus my hood bent up easily.
