ac failure
has anyone heard of ac failure on these cars because mine just went out in a blaze of glory ? gotta take it to dealership monday.

Actually yes, AC compressor failure is a common problem on 04-05 models.

scared the crap out of me when the clutch engaged on the ac comp it made a loud grind then freon puffing out the rear. i was doing like 25 mph .

everytime i turn my a/c on.....it makes a loud thump when it engages ....is this normal?

I ruined an AC compressor in my 01... it kinda took a rock while i was doing some dirt-road-derby driving. thus no ac

its to hot all the time not to have it here. i just dont wanna here the peformance parts caused it to fail.

It's already hit 100 this spring in San Antonio and we're about a half foot shy of our normal rainfall. At any rate, my a/c works OK, but doesn't get as cold as some of the other cars/trucks I've had. Also, when the a/c is on, all the pops and gurgles from the Stage 1 and the BOV disappear.......
