those numbers i ran was before the stage 1 pcm n i was on 16 psi. Now im at 20 psi with stage 1 and i should be running no higher than 13.0 with traction. I ran 2 twelve second cars on the street and i cleaned them both from a 2nd gear roll, and i passed them 3rd gear out the hole. fully built b20 vtec and a scion on 75 shot

also some cars perform diffrent. u know, those factory freaks, the ones built on wednesday.

Well with those modd yes you could beat a stock GTO. Stock GTO's with a good driver can hit mid's 13's. And I wouldn't run a GTO past 120mph cause unless your srt-4 has over 300HP you don't have much pull but the GTO's keep pulling pretty hard to about 140mph.
ive taken my SRT-4 to 135mph she still had lots of pull IMO. impressed me atleast - considering my other ride is a Vette...... 120 is just a warm up - ive had her on cruze controll at 135mph. Allthough i havent had any high end runs in the SRT-4 yet.

well they must drive their GTOs like **** then, b/c when me and all my friends go to the track (2 of them with GTOs), the one was running 12.8s

I dont know any stock GTO that's running that kind of time.....so you definitely are seeing modified GTO's....

well the guy that did this is a pretty good driver, he ran his redline with just a pulley mod at 13.9

The GTO in stock form doesnt run that fast....PERIOD....in fact, I believe the stock GTO is only good for high 13's in the 1/4 mile.......

The Redline/Cobalt SS Supercharged both run a 1/4 mile in about 14.4 in stock form....so shaving a half second off a 1/4 mile is going to take more then "just" a pulley mod. That being said, adding one of the GMPP stage kits could get that kind of time possibly.

Only GTO's I've seen that ran those bad of times were 350HP 04's and the guys over at GTOforums don't seem to have any problems getting the 400HP LS2's in the low 13's stock with a decent driver...or into the the mid 12's (12.6-12.7) with a good driver and running DR's...stock motor. And seem to be getting mid to high 12's with just CAI, CB and tune...on street tires. Perhaps they're lying....or the slow GTO's are racing at 6,000' where the air gets too thin?

BTW, my friend has an '05 GTO with CAI and a Borla CB - plan on racing him when I get my Stage 2.

GTO's with the LS2 are running normally low 13's stock, some can get into the 12's....

A stock SRT-4 could not take a stock GTO.

just think of it this way. the ls2 gto's are faster than a charger srt8. the only thing that can beat the new gto is the new shelby 500 that hasnt even come out yet. this is stock for stock. so if you think you can beat an srt8, then good luck to you. some mag tested the ls2 at 12.9 at 114. recent mag by the way
