Right on, man. Do you have any mods? Didn't look like you were lowered.

I might try autocross someday, I prefer road racing personally probably for the higher speeds but I've become a curve junkie since I got this car. Some suspension mods and tires make an amazing improvement! I ran my first road course on the stock tires but recently put on new rims and tires and the handling improvment with 225/40/18s vs the stock tires is amazing. The car was even a lot of fun on stock suspension, but it gets a lot better. I make weekly runs through local curves, it's an addiction! I'm itchin to get back on a road course with my improved driving skills!

Nope, no mods, I am as stock as can be. I am hoping that after I get married in like 22 days that I will get a little cash to be able to do some things to it. I am thinking that suspension mods are the way to go for me. I have not had a chance to do any road races, but they look fun as all get out too. Yes, I agree, I am now a curve junkie as well, dont know if Ill drag much now. By the way, Andy, where are you from, where do you race at?

Nice Vid! Course looks a little confusing, but it looks like fun. I was going to enter an AutoX a couple months ago with my neighbor but didn't sign up in time....

Weren't you going to attempt an AWD conversion after you got married as well? Thought I read that......

Yeah, among other things. I have plans, just no money right now, damn wedding, but I will hopefully be finding a better paying job and have more money afterwards. So I thik that the AWD system might be in a little while. I want to work my way towards it though.

Yeah, the first year or so after the wedding can be pretty slim $$ wise. My bride had accumulated some bills I was unaware of until after I said "I do." That, plus moving into a bigger place put a strain on the budget. Give it time, things will work out......

The Nor Cal area, I raced at Thunderhill Raceway in Willows, CA. I'm also about 25 minutes from Infineon Raceway.

Must be nice, Im here in BFI (Bum F*** Iowa) with no tracks like that around here. So, as you can tell from the video, I am stuck running a course made of cones in a mall parking lot. But hey, at least its legal to race there.
