Well I've pretty much made my mind up at this point. It's going to be a Cobra. It's really exactly what I want, except it being a ford, but I can live with that for awhile.

I found out what insurance is going to pay out for my car... $20,800... I paid $21100 for it! Who said our cars don't hold their value!! That's not including aftermarket parts either BTW, it's being towed to my house so I can return it to stock. Minus $1000 deductible though [:'(]

 

So after all the discussion we had on the other post about your springs.... Did they make it out in one piece? I'd be interested in any suspension parts that were not damaged..... And possibly the Stage two....

 

I know that the right rear strut is junk now, I don't know about the spring since the strut is basically bent in half the spring could be bent aswell. The other 3 are good. I'll have the "welfare" swaybars for sale.

I will be selling stage 2 soon... I was going to have the car towed to my house today but it's at the shop in peices apparently... And the shop isn't going to do anything untill the insurance company pays them I guess.

 

so ill take that as a no as to selling me the motor and tans?

 

It's a possibility... I haven't decided if I'll be buying it back yet, I'm waiting to find out the offical price they want for it. I also really am not that interested in pulling that stuff out and having to ship it, I have some local people possibly interested in buying the whole car. I'm trying to get everything done ASAP so I can buy a new car, so I'd rather sell the car basically whole than part out a bunch of stuff.
