how to adjust bump stops ?
Have you started the drop yet? Once you take the coil over out of the car and take the springs out, the bump stop will slide off of the shock the same way the spring came off. You wont see it untill you take the boot that sets under the spring. Slide them off and cut/trim them with a saw or razor blade knife.
have not started yet but plan on doing it tommorw. i will be installing eibach pro kit springs and tokico illumina adjust 5 shocks and rear end links. just wandering if there was a certin amount to cut off or how long it should be ? also just installed aem cold air intake should i get a occ and if so whats a good one to go for ? thanks alot ![sm=massbounce.gif]
Yes, you should get an OCC. I made mine. You will get alot of people tell you different things like, make one its cheaper, or buy one then you dont lose boost. Like I said, I made mine and dont lose any boost. There is a sticky on this subject at the top of the main page.
