S2 injector's should be able to supply just enough fuel for the hahn 20g turbo. So I wouldn't worry so much about pulling massive amount of fuel, even with your fuel modifications. As the other's already said, so long as you don't change any settings, drive to where you need to and get it tuned. The minute you begin playing with settings, your gonna **** off whomever is tuning your car. Leave it to someone who know's what they are doing before you cause headaches and possible failures.

my ex roomate is running a 50 trim with s2 injectors, fuel reg, 255 fuel pump, fuel return line and is still pulling almost 19% in some areas of the rpm band. he actually getting smaller injectors so he can lower the overall fuel pressure.

That would be a bad idea. Although your buddy may feel smaller injector's may help, he's actually going to make the car suffer more. S2 injectors are NOT that big. Any smaller and he will run into tuning issues.

the stock head gasket is the best one, just use that.

the aem fpr is a very nice unit, just very expensive. if you want to make life easier, just get the agp fuel return kit.....
