my ex roomate is running a 50 trim with s2 injectors, fuel reg, 255 fuel pump, fuel return line and is still pulling almost 19% in some areas of the rpm band. he actually getting smaller injectors so he can lower the overall fuel pressure.
That would be a bad idea. Although your buddy may feel smaller injector's may help, he's actually going to make the car suffer more. S2 injectors are NOT that big. Any smaller and he will run into tuning issues.
not if the injectors are rated at a lower psi than the s2 so now he can turn down the pressure and still get the same amout of fuel, and still have the ability to turn up the pressure and pass the s2's with flow rate.

Ok and what injector's do you know of that has less pressure than S2 injector's and can provide the necessary amount of fuel needed for a 50 trim turbo?

rc650s are rated at 42psi and s2s are at 58psi.
