Default Got a little problem here

OK, I just installed my newly reflashed Stage 1 PCM. And yes I disconnected the battery before I removed the old PCM and didn't hook it back up until after the new PCM was installed.
OK here's what it's doing. It feels like a mis-fire at about 3000-4000. I can push past it or let off. and it goes away. But I don't think that's right. SO WHAT THE F IS GOING ON!!
Do you think I moved the wires enough on the TPS to have messed it up???

It's a thing you do with the ignition key......damn, it's been so long since I last did it, I can't remember....something like turning the key to the on position and the off position three times within 5 seconds or so.......(don't turn it enough to start the car). The LED's flash to tell you the numbers of the code.

Or you can take it to almost any national auto parts chain store....they will normally check the codes for free......
