Actually it's not the fuse's fault...they are just a safety device designed to melt/break at a certain point due to electrical overloads/surges, etc....

Your dealer fixed the symptom, the blown fuse. Did they fix the cause?

Yeah, think I'll start carrying a few spares, just in case.

 

Yea my dad bought 3 spares, so if it happens again it will be ok, and they asked if we added anything to the car that could cause it but we said no, and they have no idea what would have caused it.

 

Could be just a fluke, sometimes those things just happen. At least next time you'll have an idea of how to fix it quickly.....[sm=smiley20.gif]
