"Only mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the mid-day sun!"

I don't know how people lived down here before the days of A/C, especially considering the heavy clothing they wore....yuck!![:'(]

I feel for you in the south - we have been spared the usual unbearable humidity and heat in pa so far this summer. Hope it stays cool. Hope it gets cooler down there soon.

from what you wrote it sounds perfectly normal to me- especially if you say you've been having cooler wx (weather, sorry).

yeah, I'd say you're probably getting normal boost. Also, if you haven't tried it, keep the throttle down a little longer (up to 6k or so) and you'll probably see the boost creep back up after it spikes and falls back to 12 or 13- it will slowly climb back up to about 14. This is cured if you get stage 1 or 2.

ok, for all you techno-geeks;

HP=TORQUE X RPM/5252, or iow,

TORQUE=HP X 5252 / RPM
(you may want to check my math on the second one, I just flipped it real quick in my head).

Now this doesn't necessarily answer the question above, since the computer still needs to know HP in this scenario.

In case you actually care. Cheers.

It is highly unlikely that the gauge is off, since it is made by Auto Meter I trust it above all the other factory gauges. Plus, it's from their Pro Comp series which is their top of the line version.
