They should have either made it's flange thicker or included a plate with the Mopar BOVto go over it's flange to keep the bowing from happening in the event of overtightening. That simple addition would have completely changed most peoples views of the Mopar BOV and made for happier customers.

 

well everything has its weaknes.....there's no perfect bov...i think the closest to perfect is the godzilla...wich goes for about $400....but that's for 800hp cars and stuff, like supras and all that.I think Mopar bov is perfect for guys/girls who aren't that interested in modding their cars.You know maybe an exhaust,CAI,stuff like that....people who just want to make their car sound good and look good.But if your thinking about a turbo upgrade and running on a track then deff. get better bov
