i have short ram intake on... just ordered stage2 w/o toys, waiting on that. i just heard that the mopar blue plate is a pain to put on. and i figure having the hot and cold side pipes wouldnt be a bad thing. and on top of it i just want to cool sound.
hardpipes wont hurt any. guess if you dont like the BOV you could always change it. yes, the blue plate is tricky to install but not too awfully bad. just that back bolt is a pain to get to. i did mine when i installed my STS and intake, so to get to the shift linkage and turbo i had everything off from the battery tray up. i had some room to work with but in the end my wife ended up being able to get her hand in there better than i.
That HKS SSQBOV is so bad ***, i love it it goes of with the slightest release of the accelerator, and works off a vacuume
unlike other push type valves that might get stuck later on. Blue plate is just for noise and extra venting, my HKS makes an
incredible noise, its a bit expensive but worth every penny!!!!

i hope you didn't buy that. it's not a hks, it's a fake. and the hks sounds like a dying bird anyway. i can't stand that thing.

ok now i know that the mopar will bolt right up to stock turbo right!?!?..all you need is the blocker plate right? the hks does sound good, but dont you need adapter plates or pipes to go with it. i need to know which bov's will bolt straight up w/no modification or w/o having to use pipes. right now im trying to get the most sound/performance for the least amount of money
