you mind teaching me how to set my raptor....i dunno how tight the screw on top has to be...I'm spiking 20 psi and starts falling down at 4500 5000 rpms.Sometimes it hold 16 psi..and 17psi.But the boost gaugue is not good and I have a boost leak.
well fix the boost leak and the gauge first lol. the bov should be releasing pressure at 0. anything else and it needs to be adjusted. just watch when it blows off.
what do you mean releasing at 0.Sometimes when I'm driving slow and the car is in vac she releases....but makes a diff. sound.Sound more like wosh..wosh..wosh(very fast).And when I'm boosting she sound like whooooosh
a bov should not be releasing in positive pressure at ALL. if it is, you need to tighten it. what should happen is that when you give it slight gas and your boost gauge is at 0 that's when it should be releasing pressure. if it's releasing in vacuum then it's too tight, and in boost it's too loose.
