What do you guys/girls think about this kit.It is very afordable and sounds like a good deal.Any possitve/negative feedback on this?I really wanna upgrade my turbo in a few months, I want to go with a ball-bearing turbo kit but kinda expensive

 

it's a nice kit, but it depends on what your goal is. a 20g isn't going to get you near the power of a dbb would. a 20g is maxed at 400hp, and that's with ALL supporting mods. it's actually very similar to s3. if that's enough for you then go for it. if you want more, look somewhere else.

am i satisfied? lol you're asking that to the wrong person. i'm never satisfied. i'm doing more work in the offseason as usual to get the most out of her that i can. the s3 is limiting me at this point, so i'm probably going to get rid of it after this season. for me it's an addiciton, i'm never fast enough or have enough power. i'm always looking for more. so i'm really not a good person to be asking that question to lol.

most kits that are on the market right now are streetable, you just have to have a street map. what's your goal and budget? that's going to be the deciding factor as to what kit is best for your needs.

there's more girls out there than you think that like to race, most are just too intimidated to actually go to a track. i've been seeing more and more at etown over the last season or two, it's a great thing!

as for your car, what's your overall goal? low 12's? high 11's? or are you just interested in making 400hp? 350? what????

 

low 11s!!!.I know its a great thing for you girls......my girl hates it, she thinks its stupid.But it isn't stupid to spend 4 hours at the damn mall(wich gives me headaches)and coming out with just a skirt, sometimes even nothing!!We went to the mall twice...now she goes by herself.

if you're serious about low 11's then you better look into a dbb50 at the minimum with plenty of support (w/i, cams, gears, clutch, fuel, fmic, etc.)

 

This conversation has sparked my interest. What is a dbb50? PSI Chick you say S3 is limiting you. I dont want that either even tho I dont have it yet. I better off not buying it if it's going to limit me? What's the max limit of S3? I was looking for about 450hp but I'm like you, i'll always want to go higher if I could. In my case money isnt an issue, I'll spend for the parts I need but I need to know what direction I need to go in. I was going to do a custom setup unless there is a setup I can buy that is really good. And of course I still want it drivable on the street.

 

Dude, check out the SST by PTPerformance. I'm going to upgrade to that eventually.
