anyone know if the carbon fiber hood on turboneonstore.com is worth the money? hows the quality etc? just let me know some good places to buy a cfh with good quality, yes another opinion question maybe but i need help

i would try to find the c/f hood that has the vents on either side of the scoop...thats just me, but from what i understand the turboneonstore is a good source....look at jscspeed.com, modernperformance.com, or just do a google search for hoods....you should be able to find one for around 500$

well the one one turboneonstore has the original scoop on the hood and 2 side vents on either side of the middle hood scoop. i think it looks absolutly sick! i just dont know how good there cf is and how well it was made. but ill check out the other sites too. any feed back is needed! thanks

i dont have any experience with the hoods, but from what i understand they should fit just fine...of course with every aftermarket body part its not gonna fit like stock (perfect fit) but it should be pretty close. i think the neonstore sales good quality products, so i would think youre fine. but that is deff. the hood i would go with if i had 600$ cause youre right...they're sick!!!!!

since this happens to be a post about CF hoods, Is it worth it to shed weight and heat? Or is it purely cosmetic?

Its always worth losing the heat in the engine bay. Less heat = better performance/engine life,especially if your car runs hot. And why not make the car look a bit nicer at the same time.
