this thing doesnt have any arows on it to help me direct it so thats where im having the problem. and i have no way of knowing what is 0. i really dont have any idea on how im supposed to know what to set this thing at

 

you have to drive it and adjust it. key word....DRIVE. it has to be under load. drive the car and watch your boost guage. when it's at 0 let off the gas, the bov should release. do it again in vacuum, you should not hear the bov. try it again in boost, you should only hear it when boost drops to 0. if it's set wrong, adjust it and do it all over again.
