So other then turbo toys there is no aftermarket option for those same features im guessing.

You can get close, but it will take some tuning, and never as easy. If you got time to tinker, and the knowledge of how to optimize boost levels for conditions as they change, aftermarket gives you a slight edge in adjust abliity overall. But not on the fly.
